• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

• Occasionally, delivery delays can occur due to high volume of orders or postal service problems. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

• Due to high temperatures, we cannot guarantee the condition of living products in transit without climate-controlled shipping. Adding a cold pack helps preserve product quality, but we disclaim liability for any carrier-related delays or damage.

• Ensure your living grow products arrive in optimal condition even during extreme weather with our expertly designed cool pack insert - added to your cart at checkout or from our product pages. Engineered to maintain stable temperatures, this insert protects delicate items from heat and cold fluctuations during shipping. Its efficient insulation and reliable cooling properties help preserve our living products during transit. Ideal for any shipment requiring temperature control in challenging climates. While this method helps protect your products, please note that delays or damage caused by carriers and extreme heat remain beyond our control. 

• Only add one Cold Pack per order.

• We guarantee satisfaction with our products. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will either replace the product or offer a refund.
