BaltiSpore Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Wholesale Order Minimums

To qualify for wholesale pricing, orders must meet the following minimum quantities:

  • Grow Kits: 8 units minimum per order.
  • Wine Cap Spawn: 8 units minimum per order.
  • Mushroom Tinctures: 12 units minimum per order.

Each category minimum must be met independently. Combined category totals cannot be used to reach these minimums.

Shipping Policy

  • Mushroom Tinctures:
    • FREE SHIPPING on all wholesale tincture orders.
  • Grow Kits and Wine Cap Spawn:
    • Flat-rate shipping fee of $25 per order.

Wholesale orders ship from our Baltimore facility within 5–7 business days via standard ground shipping unless otherwise arranged.

Payment Terms

  • Wholesale payment terms: Net 30
    (Payment due 30 days from invoice date.)
  • Accepted payments: Credit Card, ACH, or Check.

Wholesale Account Approval

All wholesale registrations require approval by BaltiSpore. We review and approve wholesale accounts typically within 1–2 business days. BaltiSpore reserves the right to decline wholesale status at our discretion.

Returns & Damages

  • Inspect shipments upon arrival.
  • Report damages or issues within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Replacement or credit will be provided for defective or damaged products.
  • Returns are generally not accepted due to the perishable nature of mushroom products unless a defect or shipping issue is present.
